On the night of her death, grandmother gives a valuable diamond to Sam, her eight-year old grandson with Down syndrome. The diamond does not belong to their family but her sons are determined to find it. Sam wants to bury the diamond in the ground according to his grandmother’s will, and in order to do so he lies to the others and tells them that she swallowed the diamond before she died. Now, in an inhumane and violent reaction, one of her sons wants to tear her stomach to find the diamond. Sam loses consciousness when he sees this scene…
