Pegah Salempour began her career in the arts through theatre as an assistant and planner, later moving into executive roles in online film platforms and festival organization. She has worked with several Iranian film festivals, including Cinema Verité – Iran International Documentary Festival, Abbas Kiarosami Short Film Festival, and Arghavan Documentary Festival.

Currently, Pegah works as a film distributor at Raini Pictures, focusing on short and experimental films. With a background in project management (B.A.) and dramatic literature (M.A.), along with her own experience as a filmmaker and screenwriter, she is dedicated to supporting independent cinema and creating opportunities for emerging filmmakers to reach international audiences.
