In an Iranian hospital, a teenage girl is rushed to surgery after slashing her wrist. When she whispers “kill me” to the surgeon, suspicion grows that the couple by her side are not her real parents. Pressured by both her superiors and the supposed guardians, the doctor must decide whether to obey orders or protect the girl. By the time she makes her choice, it may already be too late.
